Make sure the number shown reflects the bosses you actually killed and doesn't include the ones you didn't. LFR and Normal are completely different lockouts. Normal and heroic share the same lockout.

LFR you have to queue for the wings, but for heroic or normal you will generally be in an instance that matches the raid lead's lockout.
